Very very nice one, love the picto
Here are the changes I'd like to see
1. I have to agree with the first comment, the beaver seems a bit shy, can you do something for him :) ?
2. Remove the tagline, this one might change..
3. I am not a fan of the typo you used, too fun. We need something more corporate and classy, but staying modern and web 2.0 (meaning glossier than what you did)
Otherwise congrats for your logo, it's really good. Looking forward to the changes!

I have uploaded my updated version, hopefully the beaver looks a lot less shy. I have used a classic look web 2.0 font. Is this more like what you wanted? If so I can make some more variations along the lines of the classic font rather than a soft rounded font.
